Sthitpragna Architects is a premier architecture, interior design, and valuation firm committed to creating innovative, sustainable, and eco-friendly spaces. Established in 2006 by Architect Hitesh Patel in the cultural city of Valsad, Gujarat, the firm has built a rich legacy of transforming design visions into iconic realities over the past two decades. Operating from our state-of-the-art workspace at Trade Arcade (Abrama, Valsad), we specialize in high-end residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

The firm’s founder, Architect Hitesh Patel, graduated in Architecture from the prestigious SCET, Surat in 2003. Right from his academic years, his exceptional caliber was recognized when his thesis project, Fishery Harbour at Dholai, was selected and commissioned by the Gujarat Maritime Board.

With a profound global perspective, Ar. Hitesh Patel has garnered extensive international and national experience. He has worked with renowned firms like Karan Grover & Associates (Vadodara) and Concept Designer (Vapi), and expanded his footprints globally with impactful professional stints in Africa (Chemaf SPRL) and Dubai (Palmyra Engineering Consultancy).

Beyond design, Ar. Hitesh Patel is a Government Approved Valuer and is empanelled with prestigious financial institutions, including the Valsad District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. He is a registered architect with the Council of Architecture (COA, Delhi), holds active professional memberships with the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA), the Indian Institute of Interior Designers (IIID), and the Institution of Valuers (IOV), and is licensed with both the Valsad and Vapi Municipalities. He also directs infrastructure development as the Managing Director of Shrey Hi-Tech Infra Pvt. Ltd.
